We have also connected it to the airline getting about what the compressor is reading (that's while connected to the car)
If we unplug the pressure sensor we are getting default 350 bar. If we have the imv in no fuel will come through however pulling the plug off allows diesel to flow through into the hp pipes. The pump has been taken off and checked the shaft and the imv for swarf all seems fine. The cranking rpm was slow 147 rpm so we have replaced the starter now it's cranking alot better at 250 rpm. We are getting a good flow from tank to the pump the belt on the pump is ok. So far we have found on vcds that there is no fault codes apart from glow plugs 6 open circuit we are however getting no fuel pressure. Hi we have a q7 in at the min with a non start issue.
